This village, called 'Tiltepac' blind village, is in the Pacific Ocean region of Mexico.

You will be surprised to know that not only humans but animals are also blind here.

According to media reports, people of the Zopotec Tribe live here. There are 60 huts in this village and all the people living in them are blind but it is said that some of the people here have good eyesight due to which the rest of the people are able to live here.

Due to all being blind, even lamps etc. do not light up in their huts at night. It is said that the perception of day and night is also based on their experience.

When the birds start chirping in the morning, these people also get up and start their work and when the birds stop chirping in the evening, these people also go to their huts.

Let us tell you that people in this village consider Lavazuela, a cursed tree, as the reason for their blindness. They believe that after seeing a tree named Lavazuela, everyone here from humans to animals and birds becomes blind.

They say that their children are absolutely fine at birth, although after a few days their eyesight goes away, that is, they become blind, but scientists believe that there is no tree behind people's blindness, but a dangerous and poisonous fly. 

This is a special type of poisonous fly, due to whose bite people's eyesight vanishes. They have been facing this tragedy for hundreds of years. Due to living in dense forests, they have no contact with other people.
